Features

■''RV2 series'' is super compact, very low-profile and requires a little space to install. Best to install in the apparatuses in saved space and available to mount both panel and brackets. ■Excellent pressure characteristics of ''RV series'' allow this regulator accurate negative pressure.
■The small air-leakage by direct acting restricts air-leakage and loss of energy from supply pressure, and ensure controlling pressure without bleeding.
■Available for special specification. Parts for clean room are stainless-steel, fluoric rubber, and other parts are electroless nickel plated.
